Today, we’re excited to launch the new Loyalty Management Experience, the biggest update to our loyalty programs since their first launch.
The new Loyalty Management Experience gives you a complete view of everything happening in your loyalty program–from points earned to rewards redeemed—and includes new tools for managing your program.

New Rewards page
The all-new Rewards page shows you all customer rewards earned or given to your customers.
You can easily see which rewards are being redeemed and how often. New tabs let you quickly view active, redeemed, or expired rewards.
Use the new expiration date filter to see customers whose rewards expire in 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. This is a great starting point for an SMS message reminding customers of their rewards.
Opening the action menu next to each reward reveals new actions you can take on rewards, including updating the expiration date.
Clicking on a customer in the list opens the customer’s rewards history, which allows you to see all the rewards in that customer’s account easily.
New Points page
We’re also introducing a new Points page, which shows a complete view of every point change in your loyalty program.
You can see when points are earned, returned, expired, or converted to rewards and filter by customer or expiration date.

With the all-new Loyalty Management Experience, you have a clearer view of your loyalty program, who’s earning what, and when.
